Which licence do I need?
The Premium Licence covers a normal release: WAV + MP3, up to 500,000 streams, 2,000 copies and one music video. Planning a label release or want the beat to be yours alone? Ask for exclusive rights.
What counts as a stream?
Every play on any platform (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok sounds …) added together. When you get close to your limit, upgrade by paying the difference.
What happens to my lease if someone buys the exclusive?
Your lease stays valid within its limits. The beat just can't be leased anymore after an exclusive sale.
Can I use the beat for YouTube monetisation or Content ID?
You can monetise your song on YouTube. You may not register the beat or your song with Content ID or similar services on a lease, because others may legally use the same beat.
Do I need to credit you?
Yes, please credit "prod. by prodbyfvbio" in titles or descriptions where possible. It's part of every licence.
Do you charge VAT?
No. prodbyfvbio® is a small business under § 19 UStG, so no VAT is added. The price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Downloads are digital content delivered instantly, so the right of withdrawal ends once you start downloading (you agree to that at checkout). If something is wrong with a file, write to us and we fix it.
