Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (prodbyfvbio®, Fabio Yannis Kluge, Mariendorfer Straße 10, 34127 Kassel, Germany, e-mail: info@unitedsmusicgroup.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received your notice, using the same means of payment you used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

For services (custom production): if you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of the withdrawal.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium (beat files, drumkits, licence documents), the right of withdrawal expires once we have started performing the contract after you (1) expressly agreed that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period and (2) confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving that consent (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give both at checkout.

For services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, if we only started after your express consent and your confirmation that you lose the right once we have fully performed (§ 356 (4) BGB).
